Hi, my other computer running gentoo linux doesn't have a driver for it's wireless usb adapter, so it can't connect to the internet. How can I setup a dhcp server so that it listens for a dhcp server on wlan0 and broadcasts that to eth0 so I can share my connection with my gentoo computer?
Thanks in advance,

What?
Can you please try explaining this again?
"How can I setup a dhcp server so that it listens for a dhcp server on wlan0 and broadcasts that to eth0 so I can share my connection with my gentoo computer?"
Maybe it's because it's a Monday morning but that sentence made no sense to me.

Oh sure. I want to broadcast my connection that comes in through wlan0 and have it broadcast to eth0. So essentially I'm turning my netbook into a router or something, so I can upgrade my gentoo box.

Ok so your gentoo box only has wired right? And your Arch box has wired and wireless. You primarily use wlan0 on Arch and you want to be able to share your connection through eth0 to your gentoo box.
I'm no iptables guru but I bet you can forward eth0 traffic to wlan0 quote easily. There is also bridge-utils https://launchpad.net/bridge-utils
There is no need to setup another dhcp server if your Arch box is already getting it's IP from one. Think about how VirtualBox works with bridged ethernet. It goes through the host to the dhcp server and requests an IP of it's own.
