WiCd connecction problem

I have a wired wicd problem.Wicd can`t connect on all networks.It connects on my home whireless but in city or collage not.It can see whireless network,trys to connect but after 5 minutes says Can not get IP or connects and after 15 minutes disconects.And network manager applet dosn`t work for me.I`m runing wicd-curses.

I've had this happen before, do you:

a.  Have dbus starting in your daemons section of rc.conf BEFORE wicd?
b.  Have !network to disable configuring your network interfaces via anything else instead of wicd before dbus and wicd start in daemons section of rc.conf?

Every time I've had the issue, it was one of those 2 things.

Dbus is starting i daemons section and !network is disabled.This started happening since they splited wicd in 2 projects, wicd and wicd-gtk
