murmur-ice

Hey all,
I was having a little difficulty installing a few things with a Murmur server. I want to run it on Zero G's ICE RPC mechanism and I have Ice installed (from aur) and Murmur-ice as well. What im having difficulty with is the IcePHP part where you have to include a module into apache called icephp.so, but I cant figure out how to find it or instructions as to where it can be found... Help would be appreciated..
