[Solved] Is there any good alternative to nethogs?

Hi people!
Nethogs is a good program to see the traffic speed but it blinks and doesn't show speed correctly. I mean the output is not accurate, not like in netspeed-applet for Gnome. I need something very similar to nethogs which doesn't blink and does show speed correctly at the moment.
