Firebird server

The launch of the server do it by write:

/opt/firebird/bin/fbserver

Is there a way to automatically become this? In Ubuntu and derivatives server start in /etc/init.d/firebird start and is start with boot system.
And another question version 2.1 ofitsiayalno gone from Repo, when i install use: packer -S firebird is write: problem with version packages?
