Hello everyone, this is my first post here!
I've installed Arch linux amd64 using the dual architecture core CD to my desktop PC (1st in my signature). I'm using a wireless usb adapter for networking. The model name is TP-LINK TL-WN422G v2:
Manufacturer Model Name: TPLINK TL-WN422Gv2 => Chipset: Atheros AR9271 => Module Name: ath9k_htc
Using the lsmod command in Ubuntu I found that it uses ath9k_htc driver which isn't supported by the preinstalled arch kernel
The problem is that the PC is far from the ADSL router and I couldn't use wired connection.
What do you advise me to do???
PS Networking works perfectly in Ubuntu 11.04 (Linux v2.6.38-8-generic kernel)
Thanks...

I have it in:
/lib/modules/2.6.39-ARCH/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath9k/ath9k_htc.ko.gz
I guess you used an old installation ISO and the driver wasn't yet available... If that's the problem then you could download the latest kernel26 package while under Ubuntu and then install it with "pacman -U" under Arch.
Download the package from, for example, http://mirrors.kernel.org/archlinux/core/os/ .
