[SOLVED]Unable to mount my usb

Hello,
Everytime I want to open my usb device on my computer using xfce, the system says:

Failed to mount "USBNAME"
Not Authorized

I've done many things, like everything commented in this post:

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=113723

My files are exactly equal, but I can't open my USB, any idea on what's happening??

Re: [SOLVED]Unable to mount my usb

Can you provide the specifics on how you are starting xfce4 ?
Thanks.

Re: [SOLVED]Unable to mount my usb

Perhaps your command should be ...../mount /dev/sdb(x) /mnt....for example...

Mount requires a partition with a fs.
