So, I basically borked my Arch installation, too much installing stuff (it's an addiction), and
deleting stuff, and etc. . .
Now, the problem is can I just mount my /home and have it like it was before the
reinstallation, so none of my data is lost without moving it anywhere?

If you have your /home on a separate partition this shouldn't be a problem, in the Arch installer you can simply select it as the partition for /home.

I do actually, thank you for confirming this.
But do I need to have the same username?

No that's not necessary, if you want to change your username you can simply rename the folder on your home partition from UserA to UserB.
