Wired connection problem with network/networkmanager

Here is the problem:
when I suspended the system then resumed it,
or unplug the network cable then plug it,
the networkmanager said there is no network cable found.
Then I must unplug the network cable, restart networkmanager, and plug the network cable.

Here is some codes in my rc.conf:
