Booting with no internet [SOLVED]

Sometimes when i boot i have no internet .In my router the light that shows that the ethernet cable is conected is out ( it happens only in arch )
If i reboot 2-3 times it recovers

Would you mind defining "no internet"? Perhaps the output of ifconfig would help?
