How to complete my working env in linux

I'm more used to linux now , but in communication I have some problem.
My main software which I use on windows is skype and teamviewer to share screen / voice chat to do pair programming with my friends.
imo.im is too simple and it can't help much with only chat.

Do them use 64bit system ? The last time I checked, I still use lib32 smile

Or are there any good way to deal with this problem ?
