Hi, I'm trying to install python2-pyopencl but it depends on python2-pytools which in turn depends on python-decorator.
python-decorator seems to no longer exists. How should I proceed about this? Is this a bug?
I get the following messages:
sudo pacman -S python2-pytools
resolving dependencies...
warning: cannot resolve "python-decorator", a dependency of "python2-pytools"
:: The following package cannot be upgraded due to unresolvable dependencies:
python2-pytools
Do you want to skip the above package for this upgrade? [y/N] y
looking for inter-conflicts...
there is nothing to do
I also tried saying no N but with the same result.
I feel like this needs to be reported somewhere and this is my starting point
Thanks.

As you can see http://www.archlinux.org/packages/commu … 2-pytools/ python-decorator is a virtual package, so some replacing went not-quite-right, I assume. It is available in http://arm.konnichi.com/search/ - the latest one works for me.

File a bug report.
I wanted to, but it's http://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sort … =&limit=50 marked as outdated. I've read https://bugs.archlinux.org/
Do NOT report bugs when a package is just outdated <snip>
REPEAT: Do NOT report bugs for outdated packages!
Or should the bug concern missing python-decorator?

If you can not install a package due to missing dependencies, that is a bug. It does not matter if the package is outdated or not.
