I'm using KDE 4.7 with networkmanager and the plasmoid networkmanagement. Since the last update of networkmanager the tabs that allow to configure the VPN are missing ( where you put username/password/server) for protocols vpnc, openconnect, and so on (there is only the tab for PPTP, named "PPTP settings").
Of curse I've isntalled vpnc and so on and the networkmanager plugins to.
If I try to enter only IPv4 details I got an error name "service-type".

That's PPTP working correctly with the settings tab

Here there is no tab...
Had anyone this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Sorry, both first images you posted are still far too big (the last one only slightly so I left it intact).

I have the same problem.
I have installed vpnc and openvpn (+ plugins for Networkmanager) but I can't set it by networkmanagement in KDE. Only when I add VPN via PPTP, there is a tab for settings. When I add VPN via VPNC or OpenVPN, there are only tabs for IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, but no for general settings. And if I push OK, I get the same error as R3DKn16h7.
