Wake On Lan with SIS190

Hello, I have a network card integrated in my motherboard. So I want to Wake On Lan for my sis190.
But I had read the wiki. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Wol  But not working.
# pacman -S ethtool
isn't wake option.
and /sys/class/net/eth0/device/power/wakeup disabled. If I get write access for everybody and I change for enable, and disable write access, and I hibernate or shutdown my arch, I can't wakeup on lan, from another comp, and enable changed to disable. Why?
But If I shutdown or hibernate from windows I can wake up.
So I'm interesting how can I get wake on lan for my sis190 network chip?

$ sudo ethtool eth0
