Nextcloud Some files have not passed the integrity check.

Hi, I don't know exactly when this happened, probably after upgrade to 23.0.1,  but now I keep getting the error

I checked these files against the files in the package nextcloud-23.0.3-1-any.pkg.tar.zst but they are identical.  How can I solve this?
