Netcfg2 dont connect eth0: Error "No connection"

Hi!

I cannot connect on boot because netcfg2 dont recognize the status of my eth0 interface the problem is the output of ip.

ip link show eth0  
2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state UNKNOWN qlen 1000
    link/ether 00:22:64:6e:bd:6f brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

It is not show as UP but as UNKNOWN, I dont know why. If I disconnect the cable and connect again it show as UP.

Someone know why it show as UNKNOWN?
