Pretend to connect to an ftp server with many ips?

The ftp server I'm connected to limits max connections from a single ip to 2. But the speed of 2 thread downloads is still too limited for me..
I wonder if I could pretend to connect to the server from different ips.... Any way to do it? Thanks in advance.

It's not local...
faraway across the internet.

Then not without actually getting (ie, buying) additional public IP addresses... If you faked a connection from 22.33.44.55 then the server is going to send it's data back to that IP address. If you don't actually 'own' that address, then you're not going to see the traffic.
