[SOLVED ]starting mysql on boot

Hi

I cant get to get mysql to start on boot. I can start it manually from command line though. Here is the deamons line from etc/rc.conf

DAEMONS=(syslog-ng hal iptables !network netfs httpd mysql crond kdm wicd)

Have you configured MySQL to disable networking, since you don't start your network connection until after mysql attempts to start.

solved it! It should read mysqld instead of mysql. thanks for the reply. How do you marked thread as solved?
