Internet speed throttle tools?

Hi everyone,

I have small server installed Arch, this server is acting as a gateway to the internet, every other machines in LAN have to "go through" this server to get access to the internet. I am using UFW as a simple firewall on this server. I need a tool which can throttle the download speed from the internet. Any hint would be appreciated.

and wondershaper

if u wanna control the traffic of a nic for example  u wanna have 50 kb for download and 5 for upload in eth0

wondershaper eth0 500 50
