wifi article, translation nl -> en

Hi all,

I will write today, or at least tomorrow a complete rewrite of the https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/In … _in_VMware. It's outdated, things are missing etc.
But my english writing skills are not that good.

- Who can help translate from dutch to english
- Is it allowed to create a dutch wiki article which is more up-to-date then the english page ?

regards,
Frederik

Re: wifi article, translation nl -> en

Hi, if you feel more confident in writing the article in Dutch first and then translating (possibly with the help of others) then it's perfectly fine.
If you write it directly in English you can also put a {{Poor writing|written by a non-native speaker, requires language check.}} template at the top, or if you first write it in Dutch and then translate, there's {{Bad translation|reason...}} that works similarly.
Another advice, please try to split your changes to the English article in as many edits as you can (following logical updating steps) and always use the Edit Summary to explain what you did and why smile

Good job! I've just fixed something here and there, however I can see you've never used the edit summary: please remember to use it if/when you update the English article wink

And i am going to try to write the english versions today also. I hope you will monitoring my submissions coming weeks, because i am sure there will be mistakes...

Elke hulp is welkom !

Or move the discussion to the article's talk page. wink I'll take whatever suggestion you guys have. It's kind of hard to moderate Dutch. tongue
