We don't know how to fix it either since you have failed to provide any useful information whatsoever ! Learn how to post. See links in my signature for how to post under Forum Rules.

What information I should provide? And how I can get it?... :-)

Check your logs. See if there is anything relevant in there. Check which packages you upgraded since the last time it was working. Use xev to see if the keybindings are still being registered.
If any of the above doesn't make sense, use google.

I have the same problem on a different laptop. Keys like volume up and volume down don't work anymore since the last gnome and cinnamon update. The keys are still being registered, but the corresponding functions are not being executed.
Edit: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=161936 This seems to be about the same problem.

The volume keys work again now. The only problem that remains is that Rhythmbox does not pick up the key events of the Play/Stop/Previous/... keys anymore. Any idea how to fix that? The keys are correctly configured in the Cinnamon settings.
