One of the cleanest kde setups i've ever seen! Great work.
Could you post some information about it? Font, themes, colors etc?

Thanks!
Plasma theme is a mix between Slave, Atolm made by Half-left, plasma icons are from Produkt/Caledonia Reloaded. Maybe a bit of Diamond plasma theme too, I don't remember, sorry. I blended them in control panel weeks ago and save the mix with a new name.
Icons are Betelgeuse and Faenk by acidrums4 (unfortunately incomplete) mixed with KFaenza to fill the missing pieces: MIMEtypes, apps, etc .
Qtcurve style is Savage "Set Oxygen window decoration title bar to solid colour (removing white glow highlight)" .
Colours are Understated Charcoal.
Fonts are Ubuntu Condensed and fontconfig from wiki sharp fonts example.

Very nice setup!
I have one question: Which taskbar do you use in your setup?

Since my pc is broken, i had to rebuilt my last theme on the netbook, plugged to a 23" screen:
KDE running BE::Shell on top, instead of plasma-destkop.
Shell theme: here
Windows style & deco: bespin
Icons: a custom mix of kfaenza, these, token, and others i can't remember
Apps on screen: BE::Mpc, Konversation
Konversation colorscheme: my porting of Monokai Dark
Fonts: cure(taskbar, sensors, calendar), geo(globalmenu), ubuntu

Figured I'd give KDE another go and it's pretty good so far.
Details please?

Fairly sure it's Slim Glow plasma theme, some form of faenza icon theme. As for the wallpaper it's just one of the default ones.

I have Kubuntu and Arch on separate partitions, with /home on yet another partition. Net effect of this is that when I installed (and moved to Arch), since it shared the /home partition with Ubuntu, it also kept KDE configured the way I like it :) Linux *just works* sometimes!

[10:04:21] Time for weekly full server backup.
[10:04:25] Redirecting it to "/dev/null" to make it go faster.
[10:04:53] Backup done! Amazing how fast modern technology is!

Sharing a /home partition between two distro's is nice, but can also cause compatibility issues: what happens if Arch's KDE version is higher than Kubuntu's?
