I just saw that my journalctl is full of NetworkManager like the following:

If it cannot send a RS then the interface probably does not have a useable IPv6 LL address to bind to.
Some solutions
1) Fix NM
2) Turn off IPv6
3) use something that works, like dhcpcd ![]()

True my ipv6 is disabled due to ip6tables blocking all the traffic. So this message is of no arm
