I just saw that my journalctl is full of NetworkManager like the following:

What is it and how to remove them?

If it cannot send a RS then the interface probably does not have a useable IPv6 LL address to bind to.
Some solutions
1) Fix NM
2) Turn off IPv6
3) use something that works, like dhcpcd

True my ipv6 is disabled due to ip6tables blocking all the traffic. So this message is of no arm Thanks
