video playing making me log out of the machine

Hi,
i have recently ported my system to Arch, it's completely very good experience. see the problem is when ever i play a video with vlc palyer whatever the format it is in ..after few secnds of playing it's making me logout of the system immediately. until last week i didn't got this problem from 3 days onwards i am facing this problem.i don't know exactly whats causing the problem like that..looking forward for any suggestion.

Note: i have already read about the "VLC causes me to logout" problem posted by "schmidtbag" but that's not at all useful

i guess i am not the only one faing this problem in arch planet ..and i am definitely not an expert in linux machines but willing to learn

Yes Gnome but i don't think what you said is the exact cause..if that is the cause can u pls say a bit more elobarately....sorry if this is a silly question[just a newbie..]..as i have said this problem persists only from 3 days..

I'm really just guessing, but Gnome now uses Wayland instead of X as display server by default. This causes a lot of trouble for users. You can try switching back to X, as described here https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=218319

Yes...Switched back to gnome-xorg in /var/lib/AccountsService/users/**....now VLC and Xnoise both are fine...Thanks for the Help guys...
