[SOLVED]Internet speed drops to 1 Mbps some time after boot

Hello everyone,
5 to 20 minutes after i connect to the internet my speed drops from around 90 to less than 1 Mbps.
It goes back to normal after reboot or netctl restart for a couple of minutes and then again drops.

When I use Windows everything works fine, also fine on my server running Ubuntu.
Problem occurs only on Arch, even on live-usb. However, everything works fine when I plug my ISP's cable directly and connect using pppoe.

So far I tried:
using different routers (D-Link DIR-320, TP-Link TL-WR842N)
using different network managers (netctl, wicd, networkmanager, dhcpcd)
reinstalling Arch

None of the above helped, and I couldn't find anything online, so I ask your advice,
Thanks in advance.

Which chipset, which network manager are you using now, what's in your journal? Please see https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855 for a pointer on which kind of information is expected.

Thanks to your question, i solved it! The problem was the chipset. Changed my network adapter and everything works fine.
