WiFi stops working, sometimes freezes the system.

My network device is not working properly. It stops frequently and freezes the system. A reboot sometimes fixes the problem, sometimes not. How to check if the problem is with the drivers or with the hardware?

Doesn't work is not an error message. Which wifi card, which method to connect to the access point, which instructions did you follow to install Arch Linux? Post a complete system journal from a session with a connection attempt.
