Network gone after suspend

Hi,

I have a strange issue from a while : sometime (not always), when I'm suspending my computer with "suspend" command, it's not working and the network connection is shutting done.
I can't reactivate it and the computer has to reboot.
My suspend command launch some shutdown process but there is something wrong.
Other time, the network stay down after a successful suspend !

Two questions :
- do you know why it's not working every time correctly ?
- if the network is done, do you know the command to reinitialize it without reboot ?

How would I know? That all depends on how you manage your networking, and you haven't included that--or any relevant detail.

Read How To Ask Questions The Smart Way.
