18605 - 10703 = ?
There was a singular incident that lead to a couple of uncorrectable IO errors on a single block… how many power-on hours ago?
There're no reallocated or pending or offline uncorrectable errors - there's no indication that the drive will fail in the immediate future.

The IO errors could have been for weakend polarization or a drop of current (so the firmware continued to work but the discs didn't) or … anything. But even on 24/7 that was ~11 months ago.

Re: how read S.M.A.R.T. hdd log

Thank you.
however the hard disk is very noisy, especially during Windows startup.  I think it will die soon.

Re: how read S.M.A.R.T. hdd log

You could run a full test or badblocks, but "noisy" itself isn't necessarily indicative of imminent failure. Eg. if the windows partition is highly fragmented the head will travel around a lot.
Another aspect contributing to noise is bad seating, loose screws, stuff like that that causes vibrations (to be carried on)

Re: how read S.M.A.R.T. hdd log

Go for smartctl extend (long) hdd test by 'smartctl -t long /dev/sdX'.
