Help with setting up duel networking

I'm trying to set up a duel internet connection in simultaneous balanced mode. That is both are around equal connections to the internet and I would like to use both simultaneous in a balanced way. It's common for one of the connections to slow or stop so I do need the balance to be dynamic.

I noticed you haven't received any comments, so I'll try to start it out a bit.

First, it would be useful if you provide some info on what you have tried, or how you want to go about this, and what problems you have encountered, so that you pose an actual problem that we can try to help you with. What you're talking about is bandwidth aggregation, or link aggregation, and it's not a trivial subject, so in case you need to read up on it, I provide a couple of links:
