So I am running arch on my macbook pro 2013 retina and am unable to connect to any networks that are WPA2/WPA3 mixed. Whenever I try to connect through nmcli I get the error
Error: Connection failed: (53) The Wi-Fi network could not be found
. When I rescan and list the networks visible, my network is there. Running dmesg I get an error
ERROR @wl_set_key_mgmt: invalid cipher group
. My system is fully updated and I have tried switching to iwd and I get the same issue. I have no idea what else to do.

How would I apply that through nmcli?

In doubt w/ vim in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/

Yeah I tried using nmcli connection edit and just vim but each time it declares wpa-psk-sha256 as unrecognized. When I did it with vim and reloaded NetworkManager, it threw an error and just ignored the entire configuration for the network.

"WPA-PSK-SHA256" - also https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855 - obfuscate the PSK, but post what you actually edited and the error (better: the system journal covering the error)
