networkmanager doesn't work

Just rebooted my laptop , and network manager stopped working , i tried disabling it , enabling it and starting it again but still don't show any output to

nmcli device wifi list

.
I tried also wpa_supplicant , but also didn't work .
Edit: i tried connecting to the wifi channel directly but didn't work.
