i deleted the grub.cfg file and i tried everything i found but i cant get it back, maybe you could send me yours?

To do what? Break your system?
If you don't have any grub.cfg you either don't use grub or you can't boot anything from grub.
How did you install archlinux? Why did you never come across https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GRUB ?

Aparently you haven't found our wiki page on grub, which you would have / should have followed when you initially installed / configured grub. So this then begs the question in seth's post: how did you initially install this system?
Note that more generally - if a file that is provided by a package is deleted, you can just reinstall that package to restore it. If a file that you are expected to create yourself is deleted, you need to recreate it yourself in exactly the same fasion as when you first set it up. There are no short cuts around that - and there is no need for shortcuts in this case, as it is a completely trivial processes if you have even the vauguest idea what you are doing (which you would if you had done it before!)
