Audio problem with new laptop

Hi,
I bought a custom laptop
I'm new to arch, but after installing it, I realised I have no sound, not from firefox and not from any file in the system.
It shows the audio bar moving but no sound, neither from speakers or using a headset.
I tried to solve it but without results.
Thank you.

OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: Linux 6.14.7-arch2-1
DE: KDE Plasma 6.3.5
WM: KWin (Wayland)

without more info im just gunna guess 'sof-firmware' isnt installed, install that package and see if that works...
if that doesnt work then post output of:

lspci -v && journalctl -b | grep -i "snd\|sound\|audio"

I installed sof-firware, it doesn't work.

once again that all looks fine, i did a bit of searching for alc1220 and clevo and came up with this thread:

try those kernel parameters and if that doesnt work try downgrade the kernel as well, im not guaranteeing anything will work just giving some options to try

I will give it a try in the weekend. To be frank I'm new to Arch and I don't know exactly how to do it.
PS: I re-installed Arch linux again with Pipewire, same problem, no sound.

if you really want to use arch be prepared to do alot of reading of the wiki and man pages, trust me its worth it you will learn heaps
