[ABANDONED] How would I reinstall Arch while dual booting?

Long story short was messing around, didn't install something correctly, and now I messed up. Now I need to reinstall Arch, I honestly could not care less about the data over there, but I do need to not affect anything about my Windows 10 boot. Let me know if you need any more info. Thank you in advance.
Edit: While messing around I wiped everything accidentally. Oops.

Reinstall Arch on the same "Linux" partition while preserving the existing EFI partition and windows partitions

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
