NFS Grace Period

Hi there. I'm looking for the option

nfs.lockd.grace_period

which was to be found in nfsd.conf on solaris. I want to disable it or shorten the time. Since there is no nfsd.conf on Arch I can't find this option or equivalent. 90 seconds of inaccessibility of my shares after the server starts is simply too much.

Re: NFS Grace Period

I don't believe the Linux implementation of NFS includes such an option.... If there is though, it would be set in /etc/conf.d/

Edit: spelling.

Ok then, let's modify the kernel sources! No stinky NFS implementation can escape the wrath of the mighty pirate Nargil Threepwood!
