by mistake i have delete /var/pacman, then i try to reinstall all my system but at some point pacman return an error, like "sudo 1004...." so i reboot....but from NOW i can't login in my system and most important thing my user is deleted...... i lost my home......
how can i restore my previous situations ? also only restore my home ......

Use your backups?
If you boot from the install disk, can fdisk see the original partitions (DO NOT try to change anything)?
Where did /home exist? Did you have one very large /, or did you have a separate home partition which was mounted at /home ?? Are you using a RAID?

please use sensible subject titles. "very very big disaster" doesn't make any sense to people who would be willing to help.
Also if you get any errors: you have to list them as is. "sudo 1004" doesn't make sense.

i find my home which is in a separated partition with a livecd (i'm writing from its....)
but if i boot from arch it doesn't see any home, it is empty, and i don't know why

Okay, boot from Arch and post the output of:
mount
and
cat /etc/fstab

solved, more or less, just for the time to prepare a format.....
solved using chroot and reinstalling base group
but the real problem was that pacman has saved old config's files appending ".pacorig" so arch couldn't find some piece of system
