after recent upgrading, i can not visit some websites like www.maizegdb.org, www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

the network is ok, i can access other websites.

i use networkmanage to manage my network, the other computer in the same wireless group can open those websites.

any idea?

by the way, the touchpad of my book does not work well after upgrading.

Re: cannot access some websites

at the same wireless group, there two arch system, four winxp and two ubuntu system. of  these, only one xp system can open those webs.  there is remote server in the network center. i logged into that machine running centos. and from there, i can visit.

i am running arch with xfce4.8. i tried firefox, chromium and midori, but no luck.
the wireless net is provided  by TP-link wireless router, and linked to the upper layer swich/router, then connect to the network center.

now i wonder maybe the wireless router or switch/router has something wrong.
