11n on Intel Wireless-N 1000

Hi all.

I use ThinkPad Edge 13" laptop with Arch installed on it. About two weeks ago I was faced with the problem: connection speed decreased to ~20 Mb/sec. Router is Buffalo wzr-hp-g300nh with dd-wrt.

I might be worth looking at this https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=125486 thread, maybe related - have you checked your dmesg for microcode errors?

Problem resolved - is was a trouble with my router

If it helps someone: if you set security level to WPA2 without Mixed, router lowers WiFi speed to G. Solution is changing encryption mode from WPA2 to WPA2 Mixed. wink
