/home won't decrypt automatically

I've done several encrypted installs before, but this time my /home directory won't decrypt on boot.

my /etc/crypttab has the following entry in it:

# NAME        SOURCE DEVICE        PASSWORD        OPTIONS
home        /dev/sda3        "PASSWORD"

I have the right password in it, because a cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sda3 will let me open it.

I'm not quite sure what I'm missing.  Any help is appreciated.
